Fan Work Guidelines

Introduction

Peach Flower House LLC (hereinafter known as “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the company” as they may be) has set guidelines regarding the use of the company’s mascot Blossom in derivative works not associated with the company.

The usage of Blossom in derivative works allowed by this guideline does not require prior approval from the company. For inquiries about commercial usage or any questions regarding the terms listed in this guideline, please email us at info@peachflowerhouse.com

Policy

Fan work is defined by us as derivative works created by fans or individuals unaffiliated with the company based on the official designs of Blossom.

Blossom may not be used in any form of creation involving monetization, for profit or otherwise, commercial or non-commercial. Examples of monetization include:

  • Creating physical merchandise featuring Blossom for sale

  • Including Blossom in digital content that requires payment to access

  • Using Blossom as an asset on streaming platforms

  • Using Blossom for promotional purposes for your business

Please also refrain from using Blossom in fan works that fall into any of the following categories:

  • Content of any political or religious nature

  • Content that may be mistaken as official

  • Content of anything that is inappropriate to the mascot

  • Content depicting hateful ideologies that may damage the image of the mascot and company

  • Content that involves any form of illegal activity

  • Any other content we deem inappropriate or unsuitable for Blossom

At the moment of fan work creation, the creator is required to adhere to this guideline. We do not relinquish copyright or related rights with this guideline. The company is not responsible for any disputes or third-party policy violations that may occur due to the creation of Blossom fan works. The company maintains the right to request the takedown of any fan work that violates our guidelines at any time. This guideline is subject to change at any time after publication, please refer to the latest version of the guideline for the most updated policies.
