General Shipping Policy

USA Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days for in-stock items. A tracking number will be emailed for each order when it ships.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. Please note that shipping time will vary depending on your country, and customers are responsible for paying any import duties/customs/taxes that are charged on their package upon point of import. Peach Flower House will not be responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by your local customs.

Large Orders

Wholesale discounts are available through our distributor but may have limitations. Please contact our distributor here for more information on wholesale purchases.

Orders of over 20 copies of the same ISBN number are only available through our distributor. All orders made on the website with over 20 copies of the same product will automatically be canceled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email peachflowerhouseshop@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong product. We will do our best to assess and remedy the issue. Note that we cannot assist with orders that have gone through additional handling after delivery to the address in our system.

Where do your products ship to?

All physical products in our store are available for shipping to the United States, USA territories, Canada, and Mexico from our fulfillment service in the USA. The list of retailers that carry titles will be included and updated on each respective product page.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales on this website are final (including pre-orders), we do not accept any return or exchanges unless otherwise stated. Peach Flower House is not responsible for any damages made during or after transit that is not the fault of improper packaging. If in any circumstances we discover issues with the products delivered on our end that needs a recall, we will notify the customers and make an announcement on proper procedures for refund and/or exchanges. Customers will be responsible for packages returned with incorrect address and charged a redelivery fee. Digital products, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure that the shipping address you entered contains only Roman letters and Arabic numbers. Failure to provide a proper address will result in a returned or undeliverable package and customers will be charged a mandatory redelivery fee. In the event in which a redelivery fee cannot be paid, the customer will forfeit their order with no refunds or returns.

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Under normal circumstances, in-stock order fulfillment will take between 2-3 business days. Large orders and orders during high volume periods may cause some delays.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer USPS Priority and Media Mail shipping for US customers, products will all be calculated based on weight. International shipments will be through USPS First Class, rates will vary depending on the weight of the package and destination.

What are pre-order items?

Products marked as pre-orders will be released at a later date, please view the individual products page for details regarding expected shipping and release dates.

Can I combine pre-order and in-stock items in my order?

Yes, however, please keep in mind that any single order containing pre-order items will only be shipped out and fulfilled once all pre-order items are ready to be delivered. If you wish to receive in stock items first, please make separate orders for the items based on stock availablity.

I didn’t receive an email for my digital product purchase, what should I do?

Once the order is confirmed, you should receive a follow-up email containing a unique download link to your product within 10 minutes. Make sure the email address you entered is correct and valid to ensure proper delivery. Please check your spam folders and all mail tabs as well; if you do not receive an email within an hour after purchase, please contact our support team and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can I suggest a title for you to publish?

We love to hear what our fans are reading! Suggesting a title won’t mean we can acquire it, but we will certainly look into if it’s possible to do so. It never hurts to ask, but please be aware we can’t make any promises.

How come you aren’t publishing x title?

International IP acquisition isn’t easy. Contracts take a long time to negotiate, and the price has to be something feasible for an independent publisher. We are working hard to bring you titles you’d like to see, but it will take some time!

Can I submit a translation for you to publish?

We are committed to keeping our translations in-house for many reasons. We may, however, be opening translator positions in the near future. If you are currently a translator or you are looking to get your foot in the door professionally, we encourage you to apply once positions are posted!

How much does it cost for IP acquisition?

Unfortunately, we can’t share that information, especially while in negotiations, but we will say this—it is expensive and not something most people would be able to afford on their own.

We are currently open for pitches! Please send any pitches through our Submissions form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you publish the censored or uncensored version of danmeis?

Peach Flower House always negotiates for the full uncensored version of the titles we license to ensure that our readers can experience the full story, so rest assured that you will be receiving everything including bonus chapters!

Please note, some bonus chapters may be unavailable due to exclusive contract agreements.
