About Little Mushroom: Revelations Exchange and Cancellation
Hello readers! We are pleased to inform our preorder customers that upon consultation with the license holder, author, and printer, we will be able to offer a new reprint of Little Mushroom: Revelations on all shop orders. We will also offer the misprinted stock at a discount price on our shop under a new listing.
Misprint price: $9.99
New edition price: $19.99 (Standard Edition)
Please note that new editions will ship out in January 2023, while the misprints will be available for purchase starting September 29th on our website. Misprints will not be available for purchase at retailers.
Preorder customers: ALL preorders for Little Mushroom: Revelations Standard and Limited Editions will be automatically replaced with the new edition. No action will be necessary from the customer. To cancel your order or if you wish to keep the initial misprint copy, please see instructions below on how to modify your order.
To cancel your order
Email us directly at peachflowerhouseshop@gmail.com with your order number, email titled “Cancel order request,” and written consent to cancel your order. We will process your request within 24 hours and you will receive an email notification confirming your cancellation and full refund. Please be aware that refund processing time varies with your payment method and ensure that you receive the funds within the estimated processing period by your payment provider.
To exchange for the misprint
Email us directly at peachflowerhouseshop@gmail.com with your order number and email subject “Exchange for Misprint.” We will cancel your order, and you may purchase the misprint edition with the refund credit you receive.
Please refrain from requesting refunds via PayPal as the refund will not register into our system. Please email us to ensure that the correct order is refunded or exchanged and logged into our system so that our fulfillment service does not ship out the wrong version of your order. Note for 3rd party retailers
As we are unable to fully refresh our printed stock at this time, stock for retailers will arrive around May 2023.
